INTRO
Imagine opening your first crypto app and being asked to choose between Jupiter, Solflare, Phantom, or Backpack — without knowing what any of them mean.

When I first looked at how beginners enter crypto, I noticed a recurring theme: confusion and fear.
New users often ask:
Which wallet should I use?
How do I get SOL?
What if I get scammed?
The gap was clear — crypto didn’t just need powerful tools, it needed a guided, beginner-friendly path. That’s where the idea for a Jupiter onboarding website began.

DESIGN STORY
I spoke with beginners and stakeholders to understand their struggles with crypto. The biggest pain points were choosing wallets, funding accounts, and the constant fear of scams.
From these insights, I refined the existing onboarding solutions into three clear steps: create a wallet, fund with SOL, and swap on Jupiter. I designed the flow with simple layouts, approachable copy, and built-in safety tips to help users feel secure.

When tested with 40+ newcomers, 83% completed the journey unaided, and 92% felt more confident about starting crypto, proving that simplicity and trust could lower barriers to entry.

I just stared at the page and didn’t know what to click first. It felt like I could mess everything up with one wrong move.

The Concept Solution
The onboarding website was designed to merge action with guidance, ensuring users could take concrete steps while learning how to stay safe. The solution centered on:
Step-by-Step Flow – guiding users through wallet creation, funding with SOL, and making their first swap.
Safety Section – embedding scam-prevention tips directly within the journey.
Beginner-Friendly Design – using approachable visuals and copy to reduce barriers for newcomers.
Although not launched, the concept delivered strong validation during testing. Some are:

INCREASED CONFIDENCE DUE TO SAFETY TIPS
This project reinforced my belief that clarity and trust are the most important currencies in crypto onboarding. By involving real users early, I learned how much small design decisions — like adding scam-prevention tips — can increase confidence.
Even without launch, it remains a strong example of designing for inclusivity, simplicity, and trust in Web3 products.
